Why this dishe earns its place
These Gembrook dishes give table presentation a larger, more distinctive format. The 180mm round shape includes a double spout, while the grey reactive glaze brings visible variation from piece to piece rather than a completely uniform finish.
Steelite and Gembrook worked with Off Grid Studio on the design, using a fully vitrified clay body decorated with a reactive glaze. The manufacturer says that each piece is different from the rest, and that the glaze also provides extra protection against staining.
