These Gembrook condiment dishes are made for small-format presentation with a clear visual identity. Their 110mm round form and double spout give them a distinctive shape for serving condiments or other table accompaniments.
Steelite and Gembrook worked with Off Grid Studio on the design, using a fully vitrified clay body decorated with a grey reactive glaze. That means each piece is different from the rest, according to the manufacturer, while the glaze also provides extra protection against staining.
The 36-pack provides a substantial service quantity for a venue, and the specification confirms that the dishes are dishwasher safe. Vitrified stoneware construction keeps the focus on a professional tableware format with the individual character of the Gembrook finish.
