Why this dishe earns its place
A reactive glaze means no two dishes are identical. Each piece in a pack of twelve will have subtle colour variation and depth in the black finish, turning a functional serving vessel into a table detail. That matters in restaurants where the dish itself is part of the experience. The glaze is durable — super-vitrified porcelain is harder than standard crockery and resists crazing from thermal shock.
At 185mm across and 300ml capacity, these work for both individual portions and sharing. A single dish can hold a dip with bread, a small pasta, a stew component, or split between two guests at a table. The 300ml volume is practical: large enough to feel generous, small enough to focus the guest's attention on what's inside rather than wasting plate space.
Oven-to-table is the key job. These can go from 180°C oven to room-temperature table without cracking, and can go into the microwave if needed in service. The stackable design means kitchen storage is efficient — twelve dishes stack compactly even in a busy prep area. Dishwasher safe after service, so they rotate fast through the wash.
