Why this plate earns its place
The Steelite Rio Blue Slimline Plate is a compact 157mm side plate for commercial table service. It is made from porcelain, shaped round and finished with a blue glaze, with 36 plates supplied in the pack.
Rio's hand-applied colour wash is intended to bring an informal bistro effect to a catering environment. The slimline plate has a durable glaze and is designed to resist thermal shock, combining a distinctive blue finish with practical qualities for busy restaurant, hotel and café service.
The handling specification is clear for everyday use: the plates are dishwasher safe and freezer safe. They also carry a Lifetime Edge Chip warranty, and the 36-pack gives hospitality teams a useful quantity for side-plate service, replacements or a consistent tableware order.
