Why this plate earns its place
Steelite Nyx brings a high-contrast black colour field to the table, helping the tones of the food stand out and giving presentation a little more drama. The black glazed finish makes a confident backdrop for carefully prepared sides and smaller servings.
This 165mm round Nordic coupe plate has a rimless profile, leaving the available plating area clear and keeping attention on the food. It is made from alumina vitrified ceramic, giving the piece the substantial material specification expected from Steelite commercial crockery.
The plates are supplied in a 12-pack and are stackable for tidy storage. They are also dishwasher safe and freezer safe, so they can be handled simply through a busy service cycle.
