Why this plate earns its place
The Maham Studio Spice deep plate is a compact piece of commercial crockery with a strong visual point of view. Its round pink form and unglazed exterior are designed to echo hand-thrown terracotta, while the coloured reactive glaze inside brings contrast to the food it holds.
Created by Maham Anjum, the Spice collection is intended to give foodservice tables a fresh, crafted look without losing the practicality of vitrified stoneware. The deep-plate form works naturally for smaller portions, sides and bar food, as well as considered restaurant and hotel presentation.
Each pack contains 12 plates, useful when a team needs a consistent service set rather than one-off replacements. They are stackable for easier storage and dishwasher safe for a simpler return-to-service routine after busy sittings.
