Why this plate earns its place
These 165mm round coupe plates add a restrained rustic note to the tabletop. Their grey Stonecast Canvas finish is hand-decorated in the UK, with a subtle spinwash effect made by applying hand-painted glaze.
The super-vitrified ceramic body is designed to resist moisture absorption and retain heat for longer. Its resistance to thermal shock helps minimise breakages, while the coupe profile leaves a versatile canvas for plated food.
The 12 plates stack for practical storage between services. They are microwave and dishwasher safe, giving front and back of house an easy route from service to reheating and cleaning.
