At this size, storage and transport are efficient: 16cm plates stack flat and tight, fitting easily into service stations. A single trolley tier holds 150+ plates, so set-up and reset happen quickly. The rim catches light subtly, adding visual interest to a simple white plate without requiring decoration or applied glaze.
