Why this platterstray earns its place
The Steelite Vesuvius Square One platter offers a clear 270 × 270mm square format for presenting food at the table. The specification lists a pack quantity of 6, giving hospitality teams a practical set for service or replacement stock.
Made from porcelain, it has a square shape, blue colour and Deep Blue colour code. The Lapis finish is part of Steelite's Vesuvius range, described by the manufacturer as a collection of reactive glazes named after precious materials and intended to provide a rich platform for eclectic, diverse menus.
The platter is stackable for storage between services, while dishwasher-safe and freezer-safe handling supports straightforward movement through kitchen and service routines. Its square 270mm format is easy to plan around when setting tables or preparing presentation areas.
