Why this plate earns its place
The William Edwards Frost dinner plate is designed to keep the food at the centre of the presentation. Its rimless, round profile leaves no visual distraction around the dish, while the pristine white bone china gives chefs a clean surface on which to build a plate.
This is the 310mm format, supplied as a six-pack. The extra weight added to the centre is intended to optimise retention and help prevent toppling as the plate is set down or cleared.
The frosted edge brings a practical detail to an otherwise minimal design: it helps prevent finger marking when the plate is handled. The Frost collection was created in collaboration with two-starred Michelin chef Brett Graham, making this a considered choice for restaurants that want presentationware with a clear point of view.
