Why this plate warmer cabinet earns its place
A plate warmer cabinet for holding plates ready for service, the Victor HED40100 Princess gives a catering team a dedicated place to keep tableware close to the pass. Its stated capacity is 100 plates.
The hot cupboard format supports a more organised service by keeping prepared tableware together rather than spread across work surfaces. That makes sense wherever plated dishes need to move quickly from kitchen to front of house.
