The 300mm plates are made from super-vitrified porcelain with an ultra-smooth, high-fired glaze. Their dense construction helps retain heat, while the hard, strong body and smooth surface, which is resistant to permanent marking, are designed for busy kitchen environments. The porcelain complies with BS4034 standards, so the plates can be used in hotels.
Supplied in packs of six, the plates stack neatly to save storage space between services. They are dishwasher-safe, and the manufacturer also states that they are suitable for ovens, microwaves and freezers, giving kitchens useful flexibility from preparation through to clear-down.
