The Olympia Raw coupe plate gives restaurants and other professional kitchens a clean, round 280mm canvas for plated service. Its white finish keeps presentation versatile, while the coupe profile gives the plate a contemporary shape without losing the familiar dinner-plate format.
Raw is described as Olympia's crockery range developed around sustainability and the circular economy. The manufacturer says its Ecogres material uses a stoneware base with more than 80% of the raw material made from waste production by-products, ground into the slip rather than discarded.
This pack contains six stoneware plates. They are stackable for more orderly storage and dishwasher safe for a practical service-to-wash-up routine. The manufacturer describes the range as suitable for restaurants, cafés, delis and hotels.
