Why this plate earns its place
A 260 mm plate is the workhorse of service. It's large enough for a full main course with sides, modest enough to fit a standard pass, and sits centred on a place setting without dominating the table. The coupe profile means the rim angles slightly—it reads modern without sacrificing stability or stackability.
Super vitrified ceramic is harder than domestic crockery and holds up to fast dishwasher cycles and the constant handling of a working kitchen. The hand-applied edge band is reinforced at the point where damage starts first. That rim is what servers grab, what crashes on the edge of a pass, what chips fastest. Reinforcing it extends the plate's working life. Petal Pink decorated underglaze sits beneath the glaze surface, so the colour won't fade, scratch, or chip into visibility—important when you're replacing individual plates mid-service and need new stock to match the existing set.
A 12-pack is a standard order unit. These stack flat and nested, which is essential when you're rotating three or four services a day or holding stock for banqueting. Round shape means predictable stacking and fast retrieval from shelving.
