These Churchill Alchemy Smoke coupe plates give larger servings and composed dishes a strong, contemporary setting. Each round plate is listed at 272mm wide and is made from super vitrified ceramic in the grey Smoke finish, combining a generous service area with a distinctive presentation surface.
The Alchemy Performance Fine China body uses added alumina for strength, while the vitreous china construction resists moisture absorption for better hygiene and supports heat retention. Churchill specifies high resistance to thermal shock and strength that meets BS 4034 for food service tableware, useful qualities in a working catering environment.
The plates are stackable and dishwasher safe, making storage and turnaround easier across a busy service. Churchill’s Eco Glaze is designed to improve durability and resistance to stains and metal marks, and the plates are also microwave safe for practical day-to-day use.
