This Steelite Charcoal Dapple coupe plate gives dessert and starter presentation a more individual finish without losing the clean look of whiteware. Its round 202mm format is a practical size for smaller courses, while the coupe shape keeps the presentation open and uncluttered.
The plate is made from porcelain with an alumina-enriched whiteware construction. A reactively glazed Charcoal rim differs from piece to piece, so each plate brings a slightly different rustic detail to the table while retaining a sophisticated white base.
It is supplied in a 24-pack and is stackable for storage between services. Dishwasher-safe and freezer-safe handling makes it suited to busy professional tableware routines; the manufacturer also states that it is microwave safe.
