These Olympia Raw coupe plates put a clean, natural frame around plated food. The round 220mm format suits dessert and starter presentation, while the soft natural colour and reactive glaze give each plate a subtly unique finish.
They are made from stoneware, and Olympia's Raw collection uses over 80% recycled materials. The manufacturer describes the crockery as as durable as standard crockery, with a significantly lower environmental impact — a useful combination of hard-wearing service and a more considered material story.
The non-glazed foot helps the plates remain stable when stacked. They are microwave, oven and dishwasher safe for day-to-day service, heating and cleaning, but are not freezer safe.
