Why this plate earns its place
These round coupe plates create a clean, contemporary setting for desserts, starters and smaller plates. Their listed 220 mm diameter gives food room to breathe, while the soft charcoal finish and reactive glaze provide subtle variation from piece to piece. They are made from stoneware in Olympia’s Raw collection.
Raw crockery is made from over 80% recycled materials, turning waste into a minimalist design with a significantly lower environmental impact than standard crockery. The manufacturer describes the plates as durable as standard crockery, and the non-glazed foot helps keep them stable when stacked.
The six-pack gives a service team a matching set for everyday table turns. The plates are microwave, oven and dishwasher safe for practical kitchen use, but the specification lists them as not freezer safe.
