Why this plate earns its place
These Olympia Corallite plates bring an unpolished, minimalist feel to dessert and starter presentation. The 205mm round format gives smaller courses a defined surface, while the blue colourway and undulating fossil-inspired pattern create a distinctive backdrop for more experimental dishes.
