Topaz blue reads well under service lighting and complements both plated composition and casual presentation. Porcelain resists rim chipping and micro-scratching from repeated commercial dishwashing, and the hand-fired glaze remains stable at full cycle temperatures. The matte texture helps disguise the fine scratching and watermarks that show obviously on smooth, pale finishes.
