Why this plate earns its place
Hand-painted triangular plate from the Stonecast Patina range. The 229 mm diameter places it firmly in the starter or dessert category — large enough to hold a composed starter (smoked fish, vegetables, a quenelle of cream), but deliberately smaller than a main-course plate. The triangular form sits neatly on the table and draws the eye through the angle and glaze detail.
Porcelain holds the hand-painted finish better than earthenware, and the glaze is fired hard enough to stay put through a year of commercial dishwashing. The triangle shape is stable when stacked — edges don't roll or rock like round plates can when loading a rack. Each piece is unique: hand-painted finishes are never identical across a 12-pack.
Dishwasher and microwave safe. Stackable for storage and service prep.
