Why this plate earns its place
These 217mm Churchill Lyra Blue Evolve coupe plates give starters, desserts and other composed dishes a crisp round canvas. The Lyra design uses bold starburst lines inspired by celestial forms, creating a patterned finish that frames food while keeping the presentation distinctive.
The plates use a super-vitrified ceramic body that Churchill says holds heat well and does not absorb moisture. It is described as strong and resistant to thermal shock and breakage, while the high-performance ecoglaze helps protect against stains and metal marks.
Twelve plates are supplied in the pack. They are stackable and dishwasher safe, and Churchill confirms that the Lyra collection is microwave safe and meets the BS4034 quality standard. A five-year edge-chip warranty adds further reassurance for regular commercial use.
