Why this jug earns its place
Clear glass shows what's inside — a simple guarantee to the drinker that the jug is clean and full. The 1.8 litre capacity means one jug covers a table of four or five in casual service without constant refills. Borosilicate glass handles both hot and cold fills without risk of thermal shock; you can pour coffee or hot water and move to a cold table without worry.
The simple profile has no interior ridges or corners that trap liquid or sediment. It pours smoothly from any angle, and the rim is finished cleanly enough to drink from directly if needed. Stackability is modest — glass doesn't nest — but the slim profile (130 mm diameter) means six jugs don't occupy much shelf space, and they're light enough to handle in volume.
At 235 mm height the jug sits comfortably on a table without dominating the setting. It works for water, juice, milk, or cold brew; the glass won't absorb flavours or odours over time. For venues that pour live from table-service jugs, this is the multipurpose default.
