Why this jug earns its place
A 25cl jug is the standard size for plating milk at table in coffee or tea service, or for a single pour of cream sauce at the pass. The Cézanne body is vitrified china with an ivory-toned glaze that looks soft without the cost of fine china. The handle provides grip without bulk; the pouring lip is raised slightly to guide liquid without drip.
In service, a 25cl jug fills from the milk churn once and delivers to table at temperature. The size is manageable for front-of-house staff, stackable for washup, and holds enough for one or two covers. White vitrified ware survives commercial dishwashers and lives for years without clouding or crazing.
