Why this vacuum jug earns its place
A vacuum jug holds heat through its insulating air layer, keeping coffee hot for an hour or more without electricity. This 2 litre capacity fits beneath most Buffalo filter machines and standard coffee stations where a carafe swap lets you brew to one jug while service pours from another.
The stainless steel body resists the dents and rust that plague coffee stations. Its compact footprint (248 mm tall, 143 mm diameter) doesn't monopolise bench space, and the jug's weight (just under 1 kg empty) makes it manageable even through a busy service.
For venues with multiple pour-overs or filter machines, having two jugs in rotation means brewing continues while the current jug serves. The vacuum design eliminates the need for a hotplate, reducing electricity use and freeing bench real estate.
