Why this jug earns its place
A jug sized to service 4–6 covers on the table. At 300 ml, it holds a full pot's-worth of cold milk or cream without requiring mid-service refills, and pours cleanly without the drips common in smaller tableware.
Polished stainless steel resists the scratching and tarnishing that milk and cream produce on unfinished metals. The finish stays bright through daily handwashing, and unlike silver-plate or cheaper finishes, there is no seal to chip or wear thin.
The Cathay range is medium gauge steel—robust enough for front-of-house use but economical enough for venues with high breakage rates. This jug pairs naturally with the matching sugar bowl and teapot from the same range, or stands alone for milk service in settings where separate tea and coffee stations are not in play.
