Why this bowl earns its place
The Steelite Smoke coupe bowl provides a generous 255mm round format with a stated 1.2-litre capacity for larger presentations, shared dishes or service formats that need more room. Supplied in a 12-pack, it gives hospitality teams a consistent set of bowls for service or replacement stock.
It is made from porcelain and finished in grey with the Smoke colour code. The Smoke collection is inspired by the aesthetics of cooking, using concrete-like tones and darker reactive elements to mirror the effects of browning and searing and tie the presentation back to the food.
The bowl is stated to be stackable, dishwasher safe and freezer safe. For restaurants, hotels, cafés and caterers, that means a large coupe bowl with clearly stated capacity, storage and handling information, ready to be assessed against the needs of the service.
