Why this bowl earns its place
The Steelite Revolution Jade bowl gives chefs a compact 585ml format for presenting food with a little more visual character. Its green glazed surface comes from a hand-applied revolving brush movement, with the path of the brush left visible in the fired result.
Named at 165mm in diameter and made from China, it is part of the Revolution range. The bowl is stackable, dishwasher safe and freezer safe, so it is straightforward to move through storage, service and washing routines.
Twelve bowls are supplied in the pack, giving restaurants, cafés, hotels and caterers a defined quantity for table service or replacement stock. The green colourway is intended as a platform for chefs to showcase their food, whatever the cuisine style.
