Why this bowl earns its place
The 135mm Steelite Aurora Revolution Granite bowl gives service teams a clearly specified format for presenting food. It is round, finished in green Granite and described by the manufacturer as a 13.5cm bowl with a 45.5cl (16oz) capacity, making both the footprint and serving volume easy to assess.
Its alumina vitrified ceramic construction provides a precise material specification, while the Aurora range gives the piece a clear place in a coordinated tableware selection. The colour brings a strong visual note to the table without needing extra description: this is the green Granite version.
Supplied in a 12-pack, the bowl is suited to restaurants, hotels, cafés and caterers planning a consistent service set. The 135mm round format and stated capacity give buyers useful reference points when matching crockery to portions and table presentation.
