Why this bowl earns its place
The APS Nero square bowl is a compact serving format for buffets, catering setups and day-to-day food service. It measures 195 × 195mm, is 80mm high and has a listed 1.5-litre capacity, giving smaller servings and accompaniments a defined presentation.
Made from tough melamine, the bowl is described by the manufacturer as scratch-resistant and shatterproof. Its square shape and Sand colour code give the serving table a clean, modern look without adding the handling concerns associated with more fragile serviceware.
The bowl is stackable for space-efficient storage and dishwasher safe for easier clear-down. It has a gross weight of 0.5kg and comes with a one-year APS warranty.
