Why this product earns its place
The APS Float black 5in bowl is a compact round serving bowl made from melamine, with a 130mm diameter and a black finish. It gives chefs and front-of-house teams a practical way to serve smaller portions, accompaniments or garnishes without taking over the plate or counter.
Its simple circular form keeps presentation tidy, while the melamine construction suits the everyday demands of commercial service. The black finish gives food a strong, understated backdrop and makes this bowl easy to work into a professional table setting.
For restaurants, cafés and caterers that need a small serving piece with a straightforward footprint, the Float bowl is a useful addition to the serviceware cupboard. Its 5in format is compact enough for individual presentation while still giving a defined vessel for the dish.
