Stonecast's hand-finished glaze means each bowl is unique — visible brush-strokes and glaze variation across the duck egg blue tone add character to a casual service. Super-vitrified ceramic is the material of choice for high-heat service because it won't crack or glaze-check when a 95 °C bowl moves from the pass to a table. The duck egg blue is light and cool, so it provides a visual lift to dark broths and rich sauces without the clinical white.
