Build the Christmas party kit list before service exposes the gap.
Enter covers, drinks and service style. The planner turns Craven’s own guide figures into a live equipment shortlist, then gives the team a quote-ready brief for buy or hire advice.
01 / Event shape
The defaults change the starting kit, but every line stays editable. This is a planning brief, not a blind specification.

Quote-ready event brief
This is where the tool stops being a calculator and becomes a phone call Craven can act on.
Both buttons open your own email app with this kit list already written to the Craven team. Add your address to get a copy back — nothing sends until you press send.
This planner estimates event pressure from your inputs and Craven guide figures. Final buy, hire or specification advice depends on site access, power, water, drainage, menu, glassware, delivery route and what equipment you already own.
Grounding
- Warewashing uses Craven dishwasher-selector guidance: about 18 covers per mixed rack and 40-60 racks/hour as the hood or pass-through band.
- Ice uses Craven ice-tool figures: 0.5kg per restaurant cover, 1kg per bar customer and a 50% safety margin.
- Finance display uses Craven’s documented 5-year weekly multiplier only when the live basket is above £1,000, subject to status.
- Live lines use Store API categories 740, 931, 886, 765, 719, 930, 836, 735 and 779, excluding the holding category 3711.
