Why this hand sanitiser earns its place
This is an alcohol-free hand rub built for environments where alcohol-based formulations aren't permitted – certain food processing sites, some healthcare settings, or simply workplaces with their own policy against it. Despite being alcohol-free, its organic antimicrobial agent still eliminates up to 99.99% of bacteria, with protection lasting up to four hours after application, rather than fading within minutes of drying as some alternatives do.
It produces a thick foam lather for genuine hand coverage rather than a thin film that misses patches of skin, and the unperfumed formula makes it suitable for food handling and processing environments where scent contamination is a real concern for both the product and the people handling it.
It's supplied as sealed, disposable pouches – each 500ml pouch delivers around 1,625 doses, keeping cost-per-use low over a busy dispensing point. The seal stops the leaking or clogging that loose refills can cause in a dispenser, while keeping the contents protected from contamination until they're actually used.
COSHH: six habits of safe chemical use
Control of Substances Hazardous to Health — the routine every commercial kitchen and cleaning cupboard is expected to run.

Read the label and the manufacturer’s safety data sheet — the pictograms tell you what you are holding.

Who could be harmed, and how badly? Judge likelihood against severity before anyone opens the cap.

Eliminate or substitute first, engineer and organise next — PPE is the last line, never the first.

Keep the controls working: check ventilation, dosing equipment and storage stay as they should be.

Everyone who uses it knows the hazards, the correct dilution and the PPE — before the first shift, not after.

Products and processes change. Reassess when they do, and keep the record that proves it.
