Why this pass through dishwasher earns its place
FT531 is the Winterhalter PT-L pass-through dishwasher variant listed with both water softener and IDD. It is for commercial wash-up areas where the buying decision is not just "a pass-through machine", but the right Winterhalter configuration for the local water conditions and the way the kitchen actually washes.
The manufacturer describes the PT-L as a machine that can be set up precisely to meet on-site conditions, regardless of what is being washed or the local water conditions. That matters in kitchens where glassware, crockery, prep kit and service equipment all move through the same dishwash space and the machine has to earn its footprint every day.
The build is stainless steel with a silver finish. Dimensions are 735mm wide, 750mm deep and 1535mm high, with a 150kg gross weight, so it is more compact in height than the Energy+ PT-L listings while still needing proper access, tabling and operator space.
