Why this pass through dishwasher earns its place
FT532 is Winterhalter's PT-L Energy+ pass-through dishwasher, aimed at commercial kitchens that want the Winterhalter wash result with an energy-saving specification. The manufacturer describes it as a machine that can be set up to match the site, the ware being washed and the local water conditions.
The cabinet is stainless steel with a silver finish, giving the wash-up a proper commercial build rather than a light-duty appearance. At 735mm wide and 750mm deep it has the footprint of a pass-through machine, while the 2175mm height needs checking against ceilings, extraction routes and any shelving above the dishwash area.
The connection is three phase, with a drain pump specified for drainage. Gross weight is 171kg, so the delivery path and final position need to be treated as part of the install planning, especially in older kitchens or back-of-house areas with tight turns.
