Why this pass through dishwasher earns its place
This is the three-phase CP500 platform: 500x500mm baskets, up to 720 plates/hour across four dishwasher cycles plus a utensil programme, or up to 1000 glasses/hour across two glasswasher cycles, configured on site rather than fixed at the factory. This JF788 version runs on a 415V three-phase supply with 9.5kW rated input.
Click-in/out wash arms and dual filtration keep the chamber clean between deep-clean cycles, and drain, rinse-boost, detergent and rinse-aid pumps are fitted as standard. The stainless steel, silver-finished body is 635mm wide, 699mm deep and 1939mm high, with a 130kg gross weight to allow for when moving and positioning it.
No water softener or steam recovery is built into this base version — in medium or hard water areas a separate softener is needed, or specify a CP500 model with an integrated water softener instead. The Bluetooth app gives access to user guides, machine settings, performance monitoring and service information.
