Why this pass through dishwasher earns its place
The Buffalo DN975 is a stainless steel pass-through dishwasher running at 9.6kW rated input on a 400V three phase supply, with a digital control panel. It's built for high-volume commercial kitchens washing large batches of crockery, cookware, utensils and cutlery through a dedicated wash-up line rather than a single undercounter unit.
The machine is 1480mm high, 700mm wide and 785mm deep, with a 120kg gross weight, so it needs proper siting and a planned installation route. The pass-through format uses high-capacity 500mm baskets, giving plenty of room for large loads in a busy wash-up section.
Five selectable wash programmes are built in, giving staff the choice between faster turnaround and a more intensive clean. The built-in detergent dispenser and rinse booster pumps support effective washing on pans and burnt-on food, while the simple wipe-clean digital panel and stainless steel construction make the machine itself easier to clean down.
