Why this dishwasher tablet earns its place
This is Fairy Professional's all-in-one capsule in a Lemon variant, built to get dishes, glasses and cutlery clean in a single dishwasher cycle without needing a repeat run for anything greasy. The concentrated formula carries a liquid grease dissolver that targets stubborn, stuck-on grease directly, so kitchens aren't left re-running loads that come out short of clean.
The salt and rinse aid action is built into the capsule, so there's no separate dosing needed to keep glassware bright and cutlery streak-free — one capsule handles the wash, the rinse and the finish together, which keeps dishwasher stock and routine simple for kitchen staff.
Each capsule sits in an ultrasoluble pouch, which dissolves quicker than a hard-pressed tablet and starts working on grease earlier in the cycle — useful on shorter or cooler programmes where a slow-dissolving tablet risks leaving residue. The capsules are tested across all leading dishwashers, including commercial autodishwashers, rather than being limited to one machine type.
COSHH: six habits of safe chemical use
Control of Substances Hazardous to Health — the routine every commercial kitchen and cleaning cupboard is expected to run.

Read the label and the manufacturer’s safety data sheet — the pictograms tell you what you are holding.
Who could be harmed, and how badly? Judge likelihood against severity before anyone opens the cap.
Eliminate or substitute first, engineer and organise next — PPE is the last line, never the first.
Keep the controls working: check ventilation, dosing equipment and storage stay as they should be.
Everyone who uses it knows the hazards, the correct dilution and the PPE — before the first shift, not after.
Products and processes change. Reassess when they do, and keep the record that proves it.
