The Sammic SAS-5001 GP970-3P is a freestanding cutlery polisher for busy restaurants, hotels and banqueting venues that want clean cutlery turned around without staff hand-polishing every item after the dishwasher. The manufacturer states that it dries, polishes, sterilises and removes limescale stains from cutlery after washing.
