Why this glassware rack earns its place
CZ197 is a red Cambro Camrack for 25 glasses up to 215mm tall. It uses a 500 x 500mm rack footprint, with a 267mm overall height that should be checked against both the glassware and the space available in the warewashing area.
The rack is polypropylene and colour-coded red, so it can be set aside for a defined glass line instead of being mixed into general warewashing. With 25 compartments, it suits sites that want a fixed count per rack for washing and returning the same glass type to service.
Cambro describes the Camrack range as a 4-in-1 system for washing, storing, identifying and transporting glassware. The manufacturer lists the compartment racks with a Camdolly and Camrack cover, so CZ197 can form part of a complete glass-handling setup rather than acting only as a machine rack.
