The Cambro Camrack CZ202 is a red 20-compartment glass rack, 143mm high on Cambro’s standard 500 x 500mm dishwasher footprint, sized for short glasses up to 92mm — shots, rocks tumblers and spirit glasses — through wash, store and transport.

The working view
The Cambro Camrack CZ202 is a low-profile rack, 143mm high on the standard 500 x 500mm footprint, built for glassware no taller than 92mm — shot glasses, rocks tumblers and spirit measures rather than pint glasses or stemware. Its 20 compartments hold each glass fully enclosed within the rack body rather than standing proud of it.
It’s built to Cambro’s 4-in-1 system: with the Camrack cover and Camdolly fitted, the same red rack washes, stores and transports the load as one sealed unit, so a full tray of small glassware stays enclosed between the bar and the machine. The interstacking profile lets CZ202 sit alongside Camracks from other major manufacturers already running through the dishwasher.
Open compartment walls circulate water around each short glass during the cycle and speed up drying afterwards, while the closed outer walls of the rack protect the load and reduce the risk of breakage or cut injuries during handling. Moulded-in handles keep it a one-person carry even loaded with 20 glasses.
Confirm the 92mm maximum glass height and the 500 x 500mm footprint against the site’s actual shot glasses or tumblers before ordering — built in chemical-resistant, dishwasher-safe plastic, CZ202 is designed for permanent daily rotation behind a busy bar.
Right for
- Restaurants — keeps spirit and shot glasses separated between table service and wash-up.
- Pubs & bars — gives a fast-turnover bar a dedicated rack for rocks glasses and shot measures.
- Hotels — standardises small-glass handling across bars, rooms and function service.
- Caterers — keeps short glassware sorted when racks travel between venues.
