The Cambro Camrack CZ211 stands 349mm high on the standard 500 x 500mm footprint — the same rack size as the 25-compartment CZ201, and the tallest in the family — but splits the footprint into 20 compartments instead of 25, giving each slot more width for glassware up to 298mm such as carafes and oversized stemware.
It’s built to Cambro’s 4-in-1 system: with the Camrack cover and Camdolly fitted, the same red rack washes, stores and transports the load as one sealed unit, keeping the site’s largest glassware protected between clearing, washing and storage. The interstacking profile lets CZ211 sit alongside Camracks from other major manufacturers already running through the dishwasher.
Open compartment walls circulate water around each glass during the cycle and speed drying afterwards, while the closed outer walls of the rack protect the load and reduce the risk of breakage or cut injuries when handling a full 349mm-high rack. Moulded-in handles keep it a one-person lift.
