The Cambro Camrack CZ208 stands 267mm high on the standard 500 x 500mm footprint — the same rack size as the 25-compartment CZ198 — but splits the same footprint into 20 compartments instead of 25, giving each slot more width for glassware up to 238mm such as hurricane glasses and large goblets.

It’s built to Cambro’s 4-in-1 system: with the Camrack cover and Camdolly fitted, the same red rack washes, stores and transports the load as one sealed unit, keeping tall glassware protected between the machine and the point of service. The interstacking profile lets CZ208 sit alongside Camracks from other major manufacturers already running through the dishwasher.

Open compartment walls circulate water around each glass during the cycle and speed drying afterwards, while the closed outer walls of the rack protect the load and reduce the risk of breakage or cut injuries during handling. Moulded-in handles keep a full rack a one-person carry.
