Cambro Camrack Red 16 Compartments Max Glass Height 298mm CZ221

The working view

The Cambro Camrack CZ221 holds 16 glasses in separate compartments through a commercial wash cycle, giving the tallest stemware and pint glasses on the site a defined space rather than loose placement in an open basket. The rack measures 349(H) x 500(W) x 500(D)mm and weighs 12.86kg, with a 298mm maximum glass height under supplier model 16S1114163 — the deepest rack and the heaviest of the CZ21x range read here.

Each compartment is open at the sides, so water circulates freely around every glass during the wash and rinse, and the same open design helps the load drain and dry faster once the cycle finishes. The rack’s outer walls stay closed rather than open-framed, cutting the breakage and injury risk that comes from exposed glass edges at the rack perimeter, and moulded-in handles let one person lift a full rack without handling the glassware directly.

CZ221 interstacks with racks from other manufacturers, so it slots into an existing wash-up line instead of forcing a full rack changeover. Add a Camdolly and Camrack cover and it becomes part of Cambro’s enclosed 4-in-1 system, taking the same rack from wash through storage, identification and transport.
