Cambro Camrack Red 16 Compartments Max Glass Height 279mm CZ213

The working view

The Cambro Camrack CZ213 gives each glass its own position across 16 compartments, so tall stemware and tumblers go through the wash cycle separated rather than knocking together loose in an open basket. The rack itself measures 143(H) x 500(W) x 500(D)mm and weighs 5.17kg, with a 279mm maximum glass height rating under supplier model 16S418163 — the compartments hold the glass base while the bowl and stem stand clear above the rack.

Each compartment is open at the sides, so water circulates freely around the glass during the wash and rinse, and the same open design lets glasses drain and dry faster once the cycle ends. The outer walls of the rack are closed rather than open-framed, which cuts down the breakage and injury risk you get from exposed glass edges at the rack perimeter, and moulded-in handles let one person lift a loaded rack without gripping the glassware itself.

CZ213 is built to interstack with racks from other manufacturers already in a wash-up line, so it can slot into a mixed rack system rather than forcing a full changeover. Paired with a Camdolly and Camrack cover it becomes Cambro’s enclosed 4-in-1 system — the same rack washes, stores, identifies and transports the glassware without transferring it between separate pieces of kit.
