The Cambro Camrack CZ217 holds 16 glasses in separate compartments through a commercial wash cycle, giving taller pint and wine glasses a defined space instead of loose placement in an open basket. The rack measures 225(H) x 500(W) x 500(D)mm and weighs 8.356kg, with a 197mm maximum glass height under supplier model 16S738163 — shares the same 225mm rack height as the 174mm-rated CZ216, but with deeper compartments to take a taller glass.

Each compartment is open at the sides, so water circulates freely around every glass during the wash and rinse, and the same open design helps the load drain and dry faster once the cycle finishes. The rack’s outer walls stay closed rather than open-framed, cutting the breakage and injury risk that comes from exposed glass edges at the rack perimeter, and moulded-in handles let one person lift a full rack without handling the glassware directly.

CZ217 interstacks with racks from other manufacturers, so it slots into an existing wash-up line instead of forcing a full rack changeover. Add a Camdolly and Camrack cover and it becomes part of Cambro’s enclosed 4-in-1 system, taking the same rack from wash through storage, identification and transport.
