Why this glassware rack earns its place
The Cambro Camrack DE783 is a square 500 x 500mm rack for stemware and tumblers, with 16 compartments in a beige polypropylene body. Compared with a 25-compartment rack in the same footprint, the 16-compartment layout gives each glass more room.
The rack stands 225mm high and is listed for glasses up to 174mm tall. That combination suits shorter stemware and tumblers that need the wider spacing of a 16-compartment rack but not the extra height of the 215mm DE784 version.
Cambro's source description covers the whole handling flow: wash, store and safely transport stemware and tumblers. Keeping the glassware in the same rack after the wash can reduce loose handling between the machine, storage and service.
