FA118 is a Buffalo commercial glass polisher for the finishing stage after glasswashing. The manufacturer states that five rotating polishing brushes dry and polish glasses inside and out at the same time, with fan-blown warm air helping produce a professional finish in seconds.
The body is stainless steel with a silver finish, which suits a back-bar, still-room or pass-side cleaning area where glass presentation is part of the service workflow. At 330mm deep with a 15.3kg gross weight, it needs a planned counter position rather than being treated as a loose hand tool.
The point of FA118 is labour reduction and consistency: instead of hand-finishing each glass individually, staff can use the rotating brushes and warm air to bring washed glasses up to a service-ready finish. It is still a polisher, not a washer, so it belongs after the wash cycle in the glassware route.
