The Hobart GXCROIW-11B FT115 is built for sites that want a full 500 x 500mm rack glasswasher with water treatment integrated into the machine. Its reverse osmosis unit removes stain-causing minerals from the water, helping glasses come out with a streak-free shine and reducing the need for manual polishing.
Cycle choice is simple: 60, 90 and 120-second programmes plus a special cycle, so the operator can match the wash to the level of soiling and the pace of service. The machine is stainless steel with a silver finish, giving the front-of-house or back-bar area a durable commercial build.
The footprint is 600mm wide, 603mm deep and 820mm high, with a 50kg gross weight. It uses a 400V three-phase supply and includes a drain pump, so electrical and drainage provision should be checked before installation.
